Safety
LJ Cleaning strictly adheres to OSHA guidelines on materials and procedures, thereby protecting your company’s employees and ours. All LJ Cleaning staff is required to participate in an extensive training program that emphasizes safety procedures and includes both personal and video instruction. Managers ensure that employees are taught in equipment and chemical safety, safe work procedures and their best participation in daily work routines as well as the importance of protecting office contents and personal belongings.
Training
New employees are trained on the job for their first 30 days enabling them to learn from and work alongside supervisors who can observe their work ethic, integrity and performance. And in that way to have employees who meet the company’s profile and carry out their work correctly and in good spirits.
Supervision
All LJ Cleaning crews are supervised and supported by an Area Supervisor with the technical and administrative abilities to meet contract requirements. The Area Supervisor will perform site inspections, at least once per month, and will monitor performance and employee work habits according to the contract and the quality, safety and implementation plan.
